Key responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
-Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
-Support payroll coordination, attendance management, and leave administration.
-Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
-Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
-Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
-Coordinate training, engagement activities, and HR initiatives.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
-Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR operations.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
