HR HEAD

Key Responsibilities:

o Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

o Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.

o Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle management of large volumes of blue-collar staff (delivery personnel, drivers, warehouse staff, etc.).

o Ensure timely and efficient staffing across operational hubs and delivery centers.

o Build and maintain a positive work culture and employee engagement programs tailored to blue-collar staff.

o Manage grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in compliance with labor laws.

o Ensure adherence to statutory and legal requirements related to labor and employment.

o Identify training needs and develop programs focused on skill development, safety, and compliance.

o Manage payroll inputs, attendance, shift planning, and other operational HR functions.

o Implement and improve HR systems, policies, and processes for scalable operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

o 7–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or delivery-focused industries.

o Proven experience in managing a large blue-collar workforce across multiple locations.

  • Education:

o Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Skills & Competencies:

o Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

o Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

o Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

o Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and workforce management systems is a plus.
