HR Intern (6 Weeks Paid Internship – PKR 20,000 Stipend)

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Duration: 6 Weeks

Stipend: PKR 20,000

Type: Onsite

Timings: Mon to Fri 12pm to 9pm

What You’ll Learn / Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our management and get exposure to a wide range of HR functions, including:

  • Assisting in recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions and job postings.
  • Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates for initial interviews.
  • Supporting the interview scheduling and coordination process.
  • Participating in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Helping maintain and organize employee records and HR databases.
  • Assisting in HR communications such as announcements, memos, and newsletters.
  • Supporting employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Learning about HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Participating in employee relations discussions and helping resolve basic employee queries.
  • Contributing to training and development coordination.
  • Assisting in creating HR reports and documentation.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A fresh graduate or a final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn and take initiative in a professional environment.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
