HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and support our continued growth in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals in the real estate sector.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent, including real estate agents, property managers, and administrative staff.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation plans tailored to the real estate industry.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and real estate-specific regulations.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills in real estate operations and client relations.
  • Maintain HR records and utilize HR software for efficient workforce management.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support organizational growth and team development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with at least 2 years in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate industry trends, workforce needs, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
