Job Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. This role involves developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager acts as a strategic partner to management and a trusted advisor to employees, fostering a positive, compliant, and growth-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Prepare and update job descriptions and hiring requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and finalize hiring.
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee induction programs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Develop and maintain a healthy and transparent work culture.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Organize engagement activities, team-building sessions, and employee recognition programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.

3. Performance Management

  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems (KPIs, OKRs).
  • Conduct regular reviews and performance feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs.

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage payroll processing, salary revisions, and incentive programs.
  • Maintain leave and attendance records.
  • Administer benefits such as health insurance, bonuses, and reimbursements.

5. Policy Development & Compliance

  • Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and employee handbook.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
  • Manage disciplinary procedures, warnings, and terminations fairly.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and design employee training programs.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and learning sessions for staff development.
  • Track training effectiveness and update records.

7. HR Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain and secure employee personnel files and HR database.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports (headcount, turnover, hiring).
  • Assist management with workforce planning and budgeting.

8. Strategic HR Planning

  • Support management in aligning HR strategies with company goals.
  • Recommend improvements for retention, productivity, and culture.
  • Participate in leadership meetings for HR input in business planning.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–3years of experience in HR management roles
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office / HRMS software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
