HR Manager – Analytica (Lahore Office)

Company Overview:
IT and digital solutions company providing software, AI, and business automation services globally. We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to lead our Pakistan office operations in Lahore with 40+ employees.

Job Description:
The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions, ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, employee management, and compliance with Pakistan labor laws. The role involves aligning HR strategies with company objectives while fostering a productive and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, KPIs, and performance management systems.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Coordinate training sessions, performance evaluations, and engagement programs.
  • Utilize HR software (Zoho People, ClickUp, or ERP systems) for process efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company standards.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Male candidates only.
  • Education: MBA/BBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: 4–7 years of professional HR experience (preferably in IT or technology sector).
  • Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HR tools and Pakistan labor regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and maintain a strong organizational culture.
