HR Manager

We are hiring HR Generalist to manage our human resource functions and support our mission-driven workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and staff queries
  • Implement and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and compliance
  • Support management in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
  • Address employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment
  • Coordinate training sessions, inductions, and capacity-building programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines
  • Assist in HR reporting and administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, BBA, or relevant field
  • 5–7 years of experience as an HR Generalist (NGO experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
