7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (U.S. Shift)

Virtelligence Inc. is looking for a confident and presentable HR Manager with excellent spoken and written English skills and strong presentation abilities to manage HR operations for our U.S. based team.This role is ideal for someone who can handle employee relations, HR processes, and stakeholder communication with clarity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle, Recruitment)Maintain employee records and HR documentationEnsure policy compliance and HR processes are followedHandle employee relations and conflict resolutionSupport performance management and HR initiativesCoordinate employee benefits and payroll related mattersDevelop and update HR policies and procedures

Requirements

Proven experience in HR Operations / HR Management Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Presentable, confident, and professional personality Ability to work in U.S. shift (7 PM – 4 AM)Good organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally
