HR Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions during evening operations. The role involves ensuring smooth HR processes, supporting employees, maintaining compliance, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a timely and professional manner
• Oversee attendance, shift management, and workforce planning for evening operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Support payroll coordination by validating attendance, leaves, and overtime records
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
• Conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and career development planning
• Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation accurately
• Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and organizational development
• Monitor workplace culture and ensure a positive, productive environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3 to 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work independently during evening hours
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing shift-based or evening workforce
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus

Location: North Nazimabad Block L

Candidates living in North Nazimabad and Nazimabad will be preferred.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
