HR Manager (DHA Phase 1)

Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to oversee the human resources functions of our company in DHA Phase 1 , Lahore. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of HR experience in the call center or customer service industry and be skilled in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding call center agents.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain attendance records, payroll processing, and leave management.
  • Develop and execute training and development programs for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment to enhance employee retention.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to improve retention strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and recruitment techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple HR functions in a fast-paced work environment.
