Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment and maintain strong company culture.
- Manage and evaluate the performance management system.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze data to improve HR metrics and support decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (minimum 3–5 years).
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
