Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and maintain strong company culture.
  • Manage and evaluate the performance management system.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze data to improve HR metrics and support decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (minimum 3–5 years).
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
