HR Officer

MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a contracting firm proving end-to-end for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing works. Our company is the sister firm of IZHAR construction company Pvt Ltd. MEP Solutions is seeking a full-time on-site HR Officer to join our team in Head Office Lahore.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support the performance management process through monitoring and documenting employee performance, conducting performance appraisals, and recommending necessary actions.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and payroll processes.
  • Address employee queries and concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a HR Executive.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration (BBA/MBA) or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
