HR Officer

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling, onboarding)
  • Handle employee documentation, record keeping, and file management
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
  • Support in employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
  • Assist in performance review coordination and HR policy updates
  • Handle leave management, attendance, and basic payroll coordination
  • Liaise with PRO for visa processing when required
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information and sensitive documents

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Female candidates only
  • Must be on a spouse visa
