Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process – posting jobs, screening CVs, interview coordination, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records and HR database in Odoo ERP system.

Prepare payroll data and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and forms.

Manage attendance, leaves, and employee performance tracking.

Support training and development initiatives and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law (and KSA law is a plus).

Excellent communication and organization skills.

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
