About the Role:

BikeBox Motorcycles Trading is seeking a dedicated and organized HR Officer to manage our growing workforce across our Saudi Arabian workshops and trading hubs. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional capable of handling end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring a productive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for workshop technicians, sales staff, and office personnel.
• Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new joiners, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are met.
• Compliance: Maintain thorough knowledge of Saudi Labor Law to ensure company policies remain 100% compliant.
• Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisals and coordinate with department heads on employee development.
• Records Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee files, including leaves, attendance, and contracts.
• Grievance Handling: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and workplace conflict resolution.
• HR Reporting: Prepare monthly HR reports regarding headcount, turnover, and employee metrics.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR Officer (experience in a trading or automotive environment is a plus).
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
