Job Description:

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing with accurate HR data.
  • Handle employee queries and assist in grievance management.
  • Coordinate performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage clearance processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and Labor laws.
  • Hands-on experience with Sidat Haider HR Software is mandatory.
  • Experience with HRIS and strong MS Excel skills will be an advantage.
