Admin & HR – Onsite & Outdoor (Lahore)

A well-established and growing organisation is hiring an Admin & HR professional to handle daily office management, staff coordination, and HR operations.

Work Details

  • Work Days: Monday to Friday
  • Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
  • Work Mode: Onsite (with some outdoor work)

Key ResponsibilitiesAdmin Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, staff attendance, and coordination.
  • Handle office documentation, filing, and supply management.
  • Perform outdoor tasks such as bank visits, courier work, and company errands.
  • Support the CEO and management in daily administrative needs.
  • Maintain office discipline and ensure smooth workflow.

HR Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and documentation of new staff.
  • Prepare and update employee files and HR databases.
  • Coordinate interviews, training sessions, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure company policies and HR procedures are followed.

Requirements

  • Education: Intermediate (12th) to Bachelor’s (16 years).
  • Experience: 6 months – 1 year (internship or job in Admin/HR preferred).
  • Must be active, intelligent, and responsible.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle both indoor and outdoor work efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
