HR Officer (Recruitment Focus)

Shopin Ecom is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support and manage our recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring activities to ensure we attract and onboard top talent for our growing eCommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role criteria.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/departmental interviews.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and job advertisement strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and hiring procedures.
  • Support other HR functions as needed (attendance, documentation, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR (eCommerce experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with bulk hiring or eCommerce recruitment.
  • Knowledge of HR software or ATS systems.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
