Our client Revolutic is looking for a HR Operations and Administration Executive in Lahore

Revolutic, a dynamic software development company based in Lahore, is seeking an experienced HR Ops & Admin Executive to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. This role requires a proactive professional to manage employee onboarding, document and contract management, attendance and leave tracking, and office administration. The successful candidate will implement and monitor HR policies to ensure compliance while supporting recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. The role involves working closely with a team of 7, requiring strong organizational skills, legal contract knowledge, and a high level of accountability to maintain internal processes within a fast-paced tech environment.

In this full-time, on-site position, the HR Ops & Admin Executive will coordinate scheduling and communication across departments, maintain accurate records, and oversee the upkeep of company documents that support operational continuity. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the IT or software development industry, be proficient in Google Workspace, and possess strong written communication skills. Experience with AI tools for enhancing workflow efficiency will be highly valued. This role demands a dependable individual who can take initiative, work independently, and effectively manage administrative and human resource functions in line with Revolutics high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date document management systems including contract storage, renewal tracking, and legal compliance.
  • Track and manage attendance, leave requests, and internal task completion to support overall workforce management.
  • Implement, communicate, and enforce HR policies company-wide to ensure compliance and a consistent employee experience.
  • Negotiate and administer employee contracts, ensuring terms comply with legal standards and company requirements.
  • Manage office administration tasks, including scheduling team meetings, managing subscriptions and renewals, and supporting internal communications.
  • Support recruitment initiatives by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to attract top talent.
  • Maintain monthly bookkeeping data entry and assist with invoice processing and payment tracking to support financial operations.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve daily workflow efficiency and automate routine administrative tasks.
  • Lead and oversee a team of 7 individuals by providing guidance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the achievement of departmental goals.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee and company information handled during HR and administrative operations.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to HR operations and administrative activities as needed by management.
  • Continuously seek process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and support company growth.
