HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning with the company’s talent needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Post job openings on various platforms (job portals, social media)
  • Use different channels (databases, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, etc.) to source suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or database.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and hiring processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and MS Office.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
