We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning with the company’s talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Post job openings on various platforms (job portals, social media)
- Use different channels (databases, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, etc.) to source suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or database.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Track and report recruitment metrics
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and hiring processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and MS Office.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
