Job Title: Blue-Collar Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Blue-Collar Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for roles such as housekeeping, technicians, drivers, kitchen staff, security guards, and other operational positions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end hiring for skilled and unskilled staff ( hospital, Institute kitchen staff, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, local vendors, and field visits.
• Maintain recruitment records and coordinate with departments for manpower needs.
• Support HR team in documentation and compliance.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field (HR preferred).
• 1–2years of experience in bulk or blue-collar recruitment.
• Good communication, and networking skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
