Job Title: HR Manager – HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for leadership and senior-level positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
· Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for executive and leadership talent using networks, headhunters, LinkedIn, and industry events.
· Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand leadership requirements and align recruitment with organizational goals.
· Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key leadership roles in areas such as technology, sales, operations, and product management.
· Conduct thorough assessments, including behavioral interviews and competency-based evaluations, to ensure cultural and strategic fit.
· Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and provide insights to optimize leadership hiring processes.
· Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices, diversity initiatives, and legal standards.
· Partner with external agencies and vendors for specialized leadership searches as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in leadership and executive hiring (mandatory).
· Experience in the real estate, technology, or e-commerce sectors is highly preferred.
· Strong expertise in sourcing and engaging C-suite, VP, and director-level candidates.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other TA tools.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on quality hires.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP or similar) are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹509,330.31 - ₹696,742.28 per year
