Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our People and Culture team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding top talent. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Develop and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards.
• Source candidates using various methods including databases, social media, networking, and referrals.  Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Manage candidate communication and provide a high-quality candidate experience.
• Schedule interviews and gather feedback from interviewers.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).  Extend job offers and support the onboarding process.
• Track and report key recruiting metrics (e.g., me-to-hire, cost-per-hire).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven 2 – 5 years of work experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Strong organizational and me-management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
