Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. You will play a critical role in ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
• Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, company website).
• Source candidates using databases, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Stay updated on employment laws and recruitment trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
