Role:
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
· Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role (in-house/consultancy).
· Familiarity with sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals).
· Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
