Job Title: HR Recruiter (Female)
Company: Effica Automation Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Neelambur, Coimbatore
Work Mode: On-site
Working Days: 6 days/week (Monday to Saturday)
Timings: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM

Position Overview:

We are looking for a female HR Recruiter who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent sourcing ability, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for all levels (junior to managerial) — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support HR team in other generalist activities when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Gender: Female
• Experience: 1–4 years in recruitment (preferably in manufacturing/engineering/automation industries)
• Qualification: Any degree (MBA/PG in HR preferred)
• Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and social media hiring
• Good understanding of technical roles (Design, Production, Quality, etc.)
• Proactive, target-oriented, and well-organized

Salary: Based on experience and industry standards
