Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT Industry)
Location: Mohali, Punjab

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding — while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (Developers, QA Engineers, Designers, Project Managers, etc.)
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), references, and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic rounds to assess candidates’ technical fit and communication skills.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, database, and reports.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiation, and onboarding formalities.
  • Support in employee engagement and HR operations when required.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably with a software or tech company).
  • Strong knowledge of IT job roles and terminologies.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals and social recruiting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
