Role Overview
Arc Inventador is seeking experience Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders and plays a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategy with business objectives. The HRBP provides expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational design. This role requires a balance of strategic partnership and hands-on execution to ensure the business unit achieves its goals while fostering an engaging, high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and design HR strategies that support business growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies, practices, and employee relations.
Talent & Performance Management
- Drive performance management processes, ensuring fairness, transparency, and continuous feedback.
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to build training programs tailored to business needs.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Promote a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns proactively.
- Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct regular engagement surveys and recommend action plans for improvement.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Partner with HR Shared Services/COEs to ensure effective execution of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose corrective actions.
Change Management & Organizational Development
- Support leaders during restructuring, business transformation, or change initiatives.
- Act as a champion for organizational values and culture during periods of change.
- Facilitate communication between leadership and employees to ensure transparency.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 5– years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR advisory role.
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Competencies:
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
