Your Responsibilities

Advise, coach, and support business on people matters, including performance, development, and workforce planning.

Align HR initiatives with business strategy and translate priorities into functional objectives.

Drive employee engagement in line with DHL Group’s people strategy.

Partner with managers to assess workforce capabilities and support talent development planning.

Implement global/regional HR tools, processes, and initiatives effectively.

Ensure fair employee relations practices and resolve workplace issues constructively.
YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Human Resources.

6 - 8 years HR experience in generalist role.

Experience in driving performance processes and developing talent pipelines.

Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present to leadership.

Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder Management.
