YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advise, coach, and support business on people matters, including performance, development, and workforce planning.
  • Align HR initiatives with business strategy and translate priorities into functional objectives.
  • Drive employee engagement in line with DHL Group’s people strategy.
  • Partner with managers to assess workforce capabilities and support talent development planning.
  • Implement global/regional HR tools, processes, and initiatives effectively.
  • Ensure fair employee relations practices and resolve workplace issues constructively.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Human Resources.
  • 6 - 8 years HR experience in generalist role.
  • Experience in driving performance processes and developing talent pipelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present to leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder Management.
