About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our team at Miral Experiences . In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing health, safety, and environmental policies and standards across our facilities and parks. You will ensure compliance with legislative requirements, foster a culture of safety, and minimize risks to protect our guests, employees, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Implementation & Monitoring:
    • Implement and monitor HSE policies, systems, and standards across all operations.
    • Ensure risk management strategies are consistently applied.
    • Oversee corrective and preventive measures to prevent incident recurrence.
  • Incident Reporting & Management:
    • Lead investigations of accidents, near misses, and health-related complaints.
    • Ensure emergency preparedness and conduct regular drills.
    • Document and communicate incident reports accurately.
  • Risk Assessment & Safety Management:
    • Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
    • Review and approve permits to work and contractor compliance.
    • Coordinate emergency drills and test response plans.
  • Training & Development:
    • Collaborate with the HSE Training Manager to ensure training needs are met.
    • Drive participation in mandatory HSE training programs.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track HSE performance indicators and recommend improvements.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on HSE performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Essential:
    • NEBOSH International General Certificate
    • Minimum 3 years in an HSE role
  • Desirable:
    • NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent
    • Operational experience in a guest-facing industry
