Experience: 6 Months - 1 year in HR, recruitment, preferably in a technical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Search and find the best compatible candidates for technical and corporate roles.
- Use LinkedIn, AI tools, and other channels to engage and interact with potential candidates.
- Utilize AI-driven platforms to streamline candidate sourcing, screening, and internal HR tasks.
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and databases in HR software.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents such as contracts, letters, and policies.
- Support payroll processing and leave management.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Provide assistance in performance management and appraisal cycles.
- Stay updated with HR best practices, AI applications in HR, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Decent social PR skills with an active and professional LinkedIn presence.
- Basic experience in sourcing and outsourcing candidates through multiple channels.
- Knowledge and practical experience using AI tools for HR processes is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
