Human Resource Executive

tossdown is a fast-growing SaaS company that empowers food businesses with e-commerce platforms and data-driven marketing solutions to fuel growth and innovation.

Experience: 6 Months - 1 year in HR, recruitment, preferably in a technical environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Search and find the best compatible candidates for technical and corporate roles.
  • Use LinkedIn, AI tools, and other channels to engage and interact with potential candidates.
  • Utilize AI-driven platforms to streamline candidate sourcing, screening, and internal HR tasks.
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and databases in HR software.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents such as contracts, letters, and policies.
  • Support payroll processing and leave management.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Provide assistance in performance management and appraisal cycles.
  • Stay updated with HR best practices, AI applications in HR, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Decent social PR skills with an active and professional LinkedIn presence.
  • Basic experience in sourcing and outsourcing candidates through multiple channels.
  • Knowledge and practical experience using AI tools for HR processes is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresher

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
