Human Resource Executive - Bahria Town Karahi

Karachi, Pakistan

We are currently seeking “HR Coordinator ”with the potential for permanent employment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques and onboarding them. (overall recruitment process).
  • Manage recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are up to date.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
  • Assisting with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Should be able to prepare payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments.
  • Manage payroll-related documents such as tax forms, attendance records, and deductions.
  • Ensure all HR operations processes are aligned with Company's policies.
  • Must be active and quickly observe the current HR trends.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of data.

Requirements and skills

  • BBA/MBA degree or equivalent qualification in HR or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Sound knowledge of MS-Offfice/Excel.
  • The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter who has strong communications and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting.
  • Good knowledge of employment contracts, employee leaves.

Working Hours:

  • UK Shift: Summer : 12:30pm -09:30pm (this is the standard timings and can change as per requirement), Winter: 01:30pm-10:30pm
  • We only follows UK calendar for holidays , no Pakistani Federal Holidays

Employment Type: Permanent
