This role will cover the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. You will play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Requirements
- Lead and manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and compensation processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies that provide structure while maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Design and implement programs to improve employee morale, engagement, and team collaboration.
- Align HR processes with global standards in partnership with international teams.
- Manage HR documentation and maintain HRIS systems, supporting future transitions to upgraded platforms.
- Address employee relations issues with professionalism and empathy, offering counseling, dispute resolution, and team-building guidance.
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations on HR trends and workforce planning.
- Support managers with structured processes for conducting performance reviews and developing their teams.
- Provide expertise to employees in areas such as career planning, employee engagement, and strategic development.
Specifications
- 5+ years of experience working as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Prior experience hiring technical teams using platforms such as LinkedIn and ATS systems.
- Strong background in developing and executing strategies to improve employee morale and engagement.
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices, local labor laws, and compliance.
- Proven ability to create solutions for complex HR challenges with creativity and sound judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
