We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee performance management and appraisal systems.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Design and implement training and development programs.
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics for management review.
- Support management in organizational development and change initiatives.
- Build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5+ years of proven HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (FlowHCM).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
