Human Resource Manager

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee performance management and appraisal systems.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Design and implement training and development programs.
  • Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics for management review.
  • Support management in organizational development and change initiatives.
  • Build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of proven HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (FlowHCM).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
