Human Resource Manger

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions at our retail head office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices for the organization.
• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes for head office staff.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Drive talent development programs, including training, career progression, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and organizational improvements

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
