Human Resource Specialist

Job Summary:
Wara Group General Trading & Contracting Company is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to manage core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and interview handling. This role is responsible for supporting the full hiring lifecycle across our contracting and trading divisions, ensuring compliance . The position reports to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientations, and ensuring completion of required documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
• Administer employee benefits, leave requests, and attendance records.
• Address basic employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support the performance management process by assisting with coordination and documentation.
• Assist in organizing training and development initiatives as required.
• Ensure all HR activities and documentation comply with Kuwaiti labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR-related reports, such as headcount and turnover reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist, preferably within the contracting, trading, or industrial sectors in Kuwait.
• Working knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13,000.00TRY per month

Expected hours: 18 per week
