We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in human resources and will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administrative tasks.
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives.
- Assist with payroll documentation, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement, training coordination, and performance reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 0-1 year of experience in an HR-related role.
- Good knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software or systems is a plus.
