Overview:

Our client, a leading technology-driven organization headquartered in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to oversee and drive the full spectrum of HR strategy and operations across the UAE and KSA. This role will play a critical part in aligning people initiatives with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring best-in-class HR delivery across the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor and business partner to senior leadership, ensuring HR strategy aligns with organizational goals and future growth plans.
  • Lead and manage all HR functions across the UAE and KSA including employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Partner with business leaders to implement effective people strategies that enhance engagement, retention, and productivity across a diverse, tech-focused workforce.
  • Oversee HR operations including policy implementation, compliance with UAE and KSA labor laws, and continuous process improvement.
  • Support talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives to ensure a strong pipeline of technical and functional talent.
  • Champion a culture of performance excellence through structured appraisal systems, capability building, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and deliver change management initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Provide data-driven insights and HR metrics to support decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to support business transformation and digital HR initiatives.



Mandatory requirements:

  • Bachelors degree minimum qualification
  • Must be based in UAE already and have GCC experience
  • 7-10 years minimum in human resources
  • Must have experience in HR for over 200 headcount companies - preferably in the tech industry
