Human Resources Business Partner

CMC Markets is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our growing operations across the Middle East. This strategic role partners closely with senior leaders to drive people initiatives that enable business performance, organisational growth and a high-performing culture.

As a trusted advisor to leadership, you will deliver HR strategies across organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement. You’ll collaborate with centres of excellence across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and HRIS to attract, develop and retain top talent.

You will also provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, organisational change and regional employment legislation, ensuring HR practices remain compliant across Middle East jurisdictions.

We’re looking for a commercially minded HR professional with strong stakeholder management skills, experience operating in matrix organisations, and a solid understanding of employment law across the Middle East with experience within financial services.
