At Tera Holding, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner Manager who will shape the future of our growing organization, enhance employee experience, and act as a strategic partner to our business units.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics, Psychology, or a related field,
  • Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience in investment, banking, finance, or related industries,
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills,
  • Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and solution-focused,
  • Able to manage change with a people-oriented approach,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; preferably experienced with HR software,
  • Excellent command of English.


Responsibilities


  • Manage and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment, interview, and onboarding processes of the assigned company/companies,
  • Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes,
  • Manage the performance management process; implement evaluations, feedback, and career development plans,
  • Design and implement projects to improve organizational development, employee experience, and engagement,
  • Ensure compliance of all HR processes with legal regulations and labor law,
  • Develop strategic HR solutions aligned with business unit goals and effectively fulfill the role of a “business partner.”
