Human Resources Generalist

Role Overview:

Expertizo is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hiring MERN Stack Developers and managing HR functions in an IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and hire IT professionals (especially MERN developers)
• Plan employee training and engagement programs
• Manage benefits, payroll coordination, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with company and labor laws

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in HR or related field2+ years in an HR role (preferably in a software house)
• Minimum 6 months experience hiring MERN Stack Developers
• Strong negotiation and employee relations skills
• Knowledge of Pakistani labor laws

Details:

• Job Type: Full-time (Onsite, Bahadurabad, Karachi)
• Timings: Monday–Friday, 9 hrs/day
• Salary: Rs. 50,000 – 70,000/month
