We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to join our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. You will be the point of contact for employees and management, ensuring our HR processes run smoothly while helping us attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Onboarding: Lead orientation for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers to resolve conflicts and improve workplace morale.
  • Compliance: Ensure all company policies and procedures comply with local, state and federal labor laws.
  • Benefits & Payroll: Assist with the administration of health insurance, 401(k) plans and payroll processing.
  • Performance Management: Support the annual review process and employee development initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in an HR role. Professional Certificates is a plus. Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
