We are seeking a highly capable HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions for our operations in Qatar. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on HR professional who can balance compliance with creativity—ensuring that policies, talent initiatives, and employee experiences all align with business objectives. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead all HR operations for the Qatar market, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Partner with management to define workforce strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs to attract and develop top talent.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and development initiatives.
  • Advise department heads on organizational design, succession planning, and policy implementation.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and HR administration in coordination with the finance team.
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Implement HR systems and reporting tools to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.
  • Support training and development initiatives to build capability and strengthen leadership pipelines.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all HR matters in Qatar, fostering trust and collaboration across teams.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of Qatar Labor Law and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
