Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary


This HR Specialist will handle the full employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations. You will play a key role in aligning HR practices with the company’s strategic goals while supporting employees and management.


Duties & Responsibilities / What You Will Do


  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with Saudi labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, GOSI, Mudad, and other statutory requirements.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with professionalism.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Approve transportation modes and carriers.
  • Authorize changes to logistics processes.
  • Manage HR department operations.
  • Approve employee leave requests.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the HR budget effectively.
  • Approve HR-related expenses within authorized limits.


Required Qualifications / This Job Might Be For You If You Have The Below


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia .
  • Experience in a manufacturing company would be considered a big plus
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience with portals (such as Mudad, GOSI, Qiwa, or similar).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and confidentiality skills.
