Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Human Resources processes of our international branches (recruitment, onboarding, reporting, personnel management, etc.) from the headquarters
  • Ensure accurate information flow related to global personnel files, payroll, and employee records
  • Contribute to HR reporting and analytics processes
  • Follow and apply labor law requirements and legal regulations of the related international offices
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with overseas teams
  • Provide operational support within HR processes and contribute to process improvement projects
  • Organize online meetings with international offices and manage related documentation processes


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Preferably experienced with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Dynamic, eager to learn, and a strong team player
