Human Resources Specialist

As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a " Human Resources Specialist" with below requirements for our client.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Prior experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within other HR functions
  • Strong command of English
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to adapt to fast‑paced and dynamic work environments
  • Proactive attitude toward generating new ideas and contributing to process improvements
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


Job Description


  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including talent sourcing, interview coordination, and reference checks.
  • Handle onboarding documentation and ensure smooth completion of all employment entry procedures for new hires.
  • Design, organize, and monitor onboarding programs to support new employees’ integration.
  • Contribute to performance management processes and provide support during evaluation periods.
  • Assist in the execution and improvement of HR operations and participate in global HR initiatives and projects.
