Job Overview:
The IMC Account Lead will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and management of integrated marketing communications campaigns. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless campaign delivery. The individual will be responsible for client relationship management, driving campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Responsibilities:-
Lead / create the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing communication campaigns across all channels (digital, traditional, PR, events, etc.) for a leading CPG brand

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.

Develop comprehensive IMC strategies aligned with client goals and market trends.

Supervise a team of planners and coordinators, providing mentorship and performance feedback.

Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to clients.

Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and strategic guidance.

Identify opportunities for growth and upselling within client accounts.
Education:-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:-
6–8 years of experience in integrated marketing, advertising, or brand management.

Proven track record of successfully leading campaigns for mid to large-scale brands.
