Immigration Attorney

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Associate to join a top AmLaw 100 firm. The ideal candidate will have strong document drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a positive attitude and an exceptional work ethic, and must be comfortable having direct interaction with partners and clients. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly motivated associate.

Responsibilities

Represent both foreign nationals and U.S. employers in employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, investment visas, family-based immigrant visa petitions, consular processing, and naturalization in front of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the U.S. Department of State (DOS), as well as employer compliance with immigration and labor regulations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of law firm experience in the areas of business and family-based immigration to join the Immigration, Nationality, and Consular Law - Government & Public Policy
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the Florida State Bar.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both in written and verbal communications – including with legal documents, is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $240,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
