Implementation Engineer

Job Description:

As an Implementation Engineer with expertise in RFID and barcode solutions, you will be responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance of our RFID and barcode hardware systems, including printers, scanners, and related technologies. You will work directly with customers to provide installation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance while ensuring smooth operation of all hardware and software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• RFID & Barcode Hardware Support: Provide technical support for RFID and barcode printers, scanners, and other related hardware. This includes troubleshooting, repairs, and performing regular maintenance.
• System Implementation: Lead the installation and configuration of RFID and barcode systems at client sites, ensuring that the systems are properly integrated with existing infrastructure.
• Database Management: Administer and maintain MS SQL databases related to RFID and barcode solutions, including data migration, backups, and performance optimization.
• Customer Support & Training: Assist clients with technical inquiries, provide training on the operation of hardware and software, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Project Management: Work with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of RFID and barcode implementation projects. This includes coordinating timelines, resources, and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, with strong experience in RFID/barcode hardware support and MS SQL database management.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of RFID technology and barcode systems (printers, scanners, readers, tags).
• Experience with MS SQL databases (installation, configuration, maintenance, query optimization).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting hardware and software issues.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in RFID/barcode technologies or database management are a plus.
• Driving License: Must possess a valid UAE or Saudi driving license.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
